Shannon Murray-Doffo

Shannon Murray-Doffo leads Agile IT through the most consequential shift the Defense Industrial Base has faced in years. The CMMC rollout now decides which contractors get to compete, which ones keep the contracts they have, and which ones get left behind. It rewards clarity and punishes guesswork.
Her career was built at the companies that sell and secure enterprise technology at scale: Ingram Micro, AWS, Palo Alto Networks, and most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at a traditional MSP and MSSP. Across those seats she saw the same failure point: a decision made early, in the sales cycle, that becomes an operational and compliance of liability years later. She leads the team at Agile IT to catch those decisions before they cost you.
Shannon holds the team, the customer, and the mission as her responsibility, not her job description, because the company’s Agile IT protects safeguard information this country’s security depends on. When the work is done wrong, real people and real programs pay for it.
That’s not abstract to her. That’s why she is pursuing her Certified CMMC Practitioner certification. Shannon will not exempt herself from the bar she sets. At Agile IT, every full-time seat holds CCP or CCA. The CEO included.
Maggie McGrath
Chief of Staff
Over twelve years at Agile IT, Maggie McGrath has run nearly every part of this business, including as Chief Operating Officer. She knows it from the inside out.
As Chief of Staff, Maggie is the integrator. She moves between every department, translating strategic vision into deliverables, holding the organization accountable to both, and keeping every part of the company pulling together. When Agile IT commits to something, Maggie is the reason it happens.
She holds her Certified CMMC Practitioner certification and is earning her Certified CMMC Assessor credential. She treats the detail as what it is: the place where the mission is either protected or lost. The standard she sets for the team starts with her.
This was never just a job to her. As a mother and a citizen, protecting this country’s future is the reason she shows up. The work Agile IT does, supporting the organizations that safeguard sensitive information and fulfill federal contracts, is her way of safeguarding the future for the families of America. Twelve years in, it still is.
