John has over 20 years of experience in business technology working as an engineer, product manager, strategic advisor, and mentor. From the ’90s to the early 2000s, he served as a Business Technology Consultant for Microsoft, where he honed his skills in enterprise Windows deployment, collaboration, security, and mergers & acquisitions.

In 2006, John founded Agile IT with a mission to provide best-in-class customer service to organizations looking to leverage the power of Microsoft Cloud Services. Under his leadership, Agile IT was one of the first service providers to move organizations into Office 365 (BPOS at the time!). John’s vision continues to ensure that Agile IT remains on the cutting edge of Microsoft technology.

When he’s not architecting new solutions for clients, John can be found traveling the world with his wife and daughter, playing with his two cats, and adding to his ever-growing suite of home automation tools.

Shay Daves leads operations at Agile IT, helping shape business strategy and translating it into execution so the business delivers on its commitments every day.

As Chief Operating Officer, Shay drives strategic planning with the CEO and CRO, and builds the systems, teams, and processes that keep Agile IT running securely and efficiently. With deep experience across IT solutions, cloud operations, security, compliance, and strategic partnerships, his hands-on approach to leadership is grounded in practical real-world delivery.

Shay focuses on repeatable outcomes, sustainable growth, clarity, and accountability. He strengthens service delivery, reduces operational risk, and empowers teams to do their best work efficiently. When operations run smoothly, clients feel it — they can focus on their business while Agile IT focuses on their technology.

Driven by impact, Shay designs an operating system where good people can do great work. He builds strategic and operational foundations that help organizations stay secure, support high performing teams, and allow Agile IT and its clients to grow with confidence.

Outside the office, he’s a Formula1 fan (RIP DRS) and enjoys the outdoors including 4x4 off-roading, camping, and fly fishing.

Joe Yosten leads growth and marketing operations at Agile IT, where his focus is simple: make sure marketing effort turns into real, measurable revenue.

As the owner of demand generation operations and RevOps alignment, Joe is responsible for the systems and data behind Agile IT’s go-to-market motion. He oversees lead scoring and routing, campaign performance tracking, dashboards, and ROI measurement — ensuring every program is tied back to pipeline, SQLs, and recurring revenue.

Joe brings a strong analytical mindset to marketing, pairing automation and reporting with a deep understanding of how sales and marketing need to work together to scale. His work ensures the right leads reach the right people at the right time — and that leadership has clear visibility into what’s working and why.

At Agile IT, Joe plays a critical role in turning strategy into execution, helping the business invest confidently, optimize performance, and grow sustainably.

Outside of the office, he enjoys Nebraska Cornhuskers athletics (Go Big Red!), listening to all sorts of music (Metallica & Jimmy Buffett are faves), and walking his dog Tiki.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in business technology working as a software developer, consultant, software development manager and IT director. Mike worked as a software developer in the banking, satellite communications, insurance and business intelligence. From 2000 to 2013, he served as a consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services, where he honed his skills in Azure, Office 365, collaboration and project management. Mike has managed teams developing software for the US Navy and was the IT Director for a company that develops an enterprise intelligence product.

Mike is a certified CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) and CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA), enabling him to advise organizations on achieving and maintaining compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework.

When he is not protecting our nation’s secrets, Mike enjoys traveling the world, doing outdoor activities and watching and playing sports.
