Our Team

John has over 20 years of experience in business technology working as an engineer, product manager, strategic advisor, and mentor. From the ’90s to the early 2000s, he served as a Business Technology Consultant for Microsoft, where he honed his skills in enterprise Windows deployment, collaboration, security, and mergers & acquisitions.

In 2006, John founded Agile IT with a mission to provide best-in-class customer service to organizations looking to leverage the power of Microsoft Cloud Services. Under his leadership, Agile IT was one of the first service providers to move organizations into Office 365 (BPOS at the time!). John’s vision continues to ensure that Agile IT remains on the cutting edge of Microsoft technology.

When he’s not architecting new solutions for clients, John can be found traveling the world with his wife and daughter, playing with his two cats, and adding to his ever-growing suite of home automation tools.

Cressan has made a significant impact at Agile IT, bringing over two decades of experience and expertise in human resources and organizational culture to her role.

With her keen understanding of the critical role HR plays in driving business objectives, she has successfully led various HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals.

As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, she is a big believer in achieving productivity through the lens of enjoyment. Using her geniuses of Discernment and Enablement, she ensures that every member of Agile IT feels supported and empowered in doing work that brings them satisfaction and joy.

Outside of her professional life, she can be found with her husband and Great Danoodle enjoying the beach, a remote campsite, or in Idyllwild—a quaint town notable for its unique choice of a Golden Retriever as their mayor.

With a robust 20+ years in Systems & Cloud Engineering, Steve joined Agile IT in 2022. A seasoned professional, Steve’s expertise spans Active Directory, Identity, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and an array of scripting languages. At Agile IT, he is responsible for managing our Recurring Services department, ensuring our engineering staff aligns with the goals of our customers. In addition, he serves as one of our pre-sales architects and MS FastTrack managers.

Outside the office, Steve is a family man, sharing his life with his wife, two sons, and their beloved family dog. His passions extend to building 3D printers, tinkering with microcontrollers/electronics, woodworking, welding, and indulging in his love for cars.

At Agile IT, Steve has served as a Senior Engineer, Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, and Security & Compliance Consultant since 2021. Before joining Agile IT, Steve grew multiple Microsoft Partner firms that specialized in small business and cloud technology solutions.

Steve has served as a Worldwide Microsoft Partner Area Lead (PAL), sat on many Microsoft advisory/engagement boards, and recorded several Microsoft Virtual Academy sessions on implementing and troubleshooting Office 365 live from the Microsoft Studios in Redmond, Washington.
