Job Description

You are a hands‑on HubSpot power‑user and demand‑gen marketer who builds pipeline end‑to‑end. You’ll own campaign strategy, execution, attribution, and optimization across our stack, partnering with the CRO for goals, forecasts, and weekly pipeline reviews. You’ll translate our CMMC‑first story into measurable programs that drive SQLs, bookings, and attach to managed services and GCC High licensing.

What you’ll own

Demand Generation & ABM

  • Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns for each service line (Enablement, Managed Services, Microsoft GCC High Licensing, Partner Services).

  • Build ICP/persona plays (IT leadership, compliance/security owners); create ABM lists and tiered outreach.

  • Manage budgets and pacing across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads; integrate CallRail for call conversion tracking and Cheq (or equivalent) for fraud protection.

Marketing Operations (HubSpot)

  • Own HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM: lifecycle stages, lead scoring/routing, data hygiene, workflows, sequences, nurture, and revenue attribution.

  • Instrument UTMs/Bitly, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity; build dashboards for MQL→SQL→Opportunity conversion, CPL/CPA, and CAC payback.

  • Maintain the Sales↔Marketing SLA with the CRO and Sales leadership (speed‑to‑lead, follow‑up rules, recycle).

Content, SEO, and Events

  • Drive a content engine that supports campaigns: landing pages, case studies, solution briefs, and CMMC explainers.

  • Orchestrate SEO and content with SEMrush/Ahrefs, manage Google Local Business, and coordinate content partners (Verblio) as needed.

  • Run webinars with GoToWebinar, manage YouTube channel, and develop social programs (LinkedIn/Twitter).

  • Keep brand and email consistent using Adobe Creative Cloud and Exclaimer.

Partner & Microsoft Co‑Marketing

  • Collaborate with Microsoft and complementary partners on co‑sell/co‑market motions, MDF, and joint events; package Complementary Partner Services into offers that increase ACV and win‑rate.

  • Support marketplace listings and GCC High licensing promotions with clear attach paths to services.

Sales Alignment & Enablement

  • Build playbooks, one‑pagers, decks, and talk tracks for each offer and vertical use case.

  • Ensure Quoter templates and pricing narratives are consistent with campaign messaging.

  • Provide weekly funnel and forecast insights in CRO staff meetings; recommend next best campaigns based on gaps.

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, GA4/GTM, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, UTM/Bitly, and CallRail.

  • Strong attribution chops (multi‑touch), funnel analytics, and dashboarding; comfortable with CAC/LTV and payback math.

  • Campaign execution across webinars (GoToWebinar), YouTube, email, paid social/search, and content syndication; working knowledge of SEMrush/Ahrefs.

  • Ability to craft clear value propositions for CMMC/security and regulated cloud offers (we’ll teach the depth).

  • Excellent writing, project management, and stakeholder alignment with Sales/RevOps.

  • Education: College degree preferred, not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zapier or similar integrations to automate lead flow and enrichment; comfort coordinating with web/dev on Cloudflare tweaks and site performance.
