  • You know how to work with the engineering delivery team on technical projects and help to introduce the Agile IT capabilities, roles, and responsibilities to client teams.
  • You can assist in the requirement gathering sessions with clients to learn business processes and recommend best practices for product implementation and integration with our product(s).
  • You know when to get stakeholders from the Agile IT and Client teams involved in the project and understand role requirements and key dependencies.
  • You ensure the success of projects by managing and motivating team(s), addressing resource contention and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • 5-8 years in a Project Management
  • Minimum 2-4 years in a Microsoft Professional Services delivery PM role or related
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities as well as the associated teams schedules (10+ simultaneous)
  • Capability to work independently start-to-finish at a project level
  • Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate the professional and soft skills necessary to be an effective project manager
  • Communicates decisions through design artifacts, tech talks, and leading team meetings. Mentors junior PMs via pairing, PM process review, and project review. Effectively communicates with a cross-functional audience.
  • Considers the effects of their work across multiple teams and proactively manages potential issues.
  • Identifies team-impacting problems, suggests solutions, and drives resolutions.
  • Mentors junior PMs both technically and culturally.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient end-user skills in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams

NICE TO HAVE

  • A PMI or related certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, ProSci) or comparable level Microsoft certification
  • Familiarity with a sprint schedule and how it compares to Critical Path or waterfall
  • Experience with Cloud Computing solution delivery and structures; (MS Azure and GCC High is highly desirable) 
  • Experience in managing technology development, deployment and integration projects with budgetary constraints, compliancy, and licensing requirements

Compensation and Benefits

  • *Pay range is $110,000 to $140,000 per year. 
    • Starting pay is generally lower to mid-range; based on experience.
