Job Description

HOW YOU FIT:

The Project Coordinator role is a key member of the Project Management Office at Agile IT, assisting with the proper startup, scheduling, closure, and customer acceptance of customer engagements and single workstream projects. You will be essential to ensuring customer success and communication from one-time projects to ongoing services.  

You are a people person who has the ability to empower and support individuals, providing them with resources, helping them remove obstacles, and providing the guidance and encouragement needed to succeed. You are a judicious accomplisher and love getting the right things done efficiently and effectively and using your judgment to avoid wasting time and resources. You get a lot done by identifying the highest priorities and holding yourself to high standards of execution. 

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Work with the Project Managers to execute project startup processes, review project work reports, and ensure customer acceptance and project closure.
  • Work with the Engineering Manager and/or Resource Coordinator to specify and identify delivery resources, confirm schedule commitments, and ensure delivery readiness.
  • Introduce delivery resources to customer project contacts for technical delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules and project assignments.
  • Track budgets, labor, and costs on projects for successful completion within project specifications.
  • Monitor project communications and coordinate escalations within Agile IT where needed.

Qualifications

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

  • Demonstrate the professional and soft skills necessary to assist customers and Agile IT resources
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while remaining calm under pressure
  • Proficient end-user skills in working with Microsoft Office highly desired
  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT services organization 

Additional Information

  • Experience in a Microsoft service delivery organization
  • Experience working with external, corporate customer stakeholders
  • Experience with basic business budget concepts

THE FINE PRINT:

Compensation*

  • Pay range is $28/hour to $32/hour.
    • Starting pay is generally lower to mid-range; based on experience.
  • This is a full-time non-exempt position.
